KS Kielce is a powerhouse when it comes to sporting matters, as the last handball season also showed, but the club is doing everything to ensure that technological and marketing progress are also behind the results. Hence the idea of implementing a new ticket system for matches of the Kielce team, especially since the demand for tickets is huge.
The club decided to establish cooperation with the Stellis brand, which works for such sports brands as UEFA, Widzew Łódź, Ruch Chorzów, Fortuna 1st Liga, and last year implemented a dozen new websites on the Stellis One platform in Orlen Superliga clubs. Stellis worked over the holidays on a new ticket system for the Kielce club. All this so that numerous fans of Polish Champions from Kielce can easily buy passes or tickets for the matches of their beloved team in the ORLEN Superliga and Champions League.
Polish champions from Kielce are simply an icon of Polish handball, so without a moment's hesitation we got down to business. We are aware of how powerful the community of the Kielce club is and we knew that we could not disappoint, especially since almost every match in the stands is full of spectators, and tickets for the most important matches of the ORLEN Superliga or Champions League are distributed very quickly. We are proud to work for such a great brand,” says Jakub Plócienniczak, Stellis Project Director.
The ticket platform of the Polish Champions from Kielce is built on the innovative and modern Stellis One system, which is designed specifically for sports organizations. The product enables convenient and efficient management of the ticketing process, providing unparalleled control and an excellent experience for both fans and staff.
Among Stellis One Ticketing tools we can find a promotion module that allows you to reduce the price of selected tickets based on defined criteria, a crowdfunding module, i.e. the possibility of adding an additional step in the purchasing process with the possibility of transferring financial support for the selected club action or a module for managing club IDs and tickets and privileges for VIP pass holders, which strengthens transparency and security.
Also key is the pass space release module, which allows the pass holder to free up space and transfer the space for resale. The club will also have access to detailed sales reports and participant data. - The introduction of this tool can result in maximizing attendance and increasing revenue from the event. Not always a person with a pass can go to a match, and in the case of hit meetings, this can play a colossal meaning. In a simple way, another fan can take the vacant place, who will support the Polish Champion from Kielce on the way to victory, and the club will sell a single ticket for this place - adds Plócienniczak.
Paweł Papaj, marketing director of KS Vive Handball Kielce S.A, does not hide that he is happy about the opportunity to establish cooperation with the Stellis brand.
It is said that “those who do not move forward, they go backwards”, which is why as a club we think not only about sports development and the desire to win more trophies, but also about organizational and marketing aspects. We can always count on our fans, who support us not only in our hall, but throughout Poland and even Europe, which is why we want to take care of them. Hence the implementation of the new ticket system by the Stellis brand, which gives both us and the fans new opportunities. I am convinced that fans will appreciate our joint work, and above all they will be happy to use our new ticket system - says Paweł Papaj.
